GENERAL INFORMATION AND TERMS

TERMS: Net 15 days subject to credit approval. All first time orders require a 50% deposit prior to production or we will ship your order C.O.D. Payment is due 15 days from date of invoice. Overdue balances will bear interest at a rate of 11⁄2% per month. Past due accounts will not be shipped until account is current. WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.
SHIPPING: All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Orders will normally be shipped via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. PRODUCTION: Normal production time is 2 - 3 weeks from receipt of written, faxed or e-mailed order. Rush delivery may be available upon request. Customer must authorize overnight or second day shipping charges if required.

CLAIMS: All claims must be made with the carrier. Title of goods passes to the buyer at the F.O.B. point. We are not responsible for any claim made after 10 days of receipt. All packages must be opened immediately after receipt and inspected for damage. If damage is found, you must notify the factory immediately and you must save original cartons and packing for possible inspection by UPS, Federal Express or other carrier.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from JBA Awards. Please call for RA number before returning goods. Returned goods are subject to 10% restocking charge.

ENGRAVING: If you are getting a product engraved, please email us what you would like engraved on your product as well as any other specific requests. You can email sales@jbaawards.com. Engraving prices include cost of plate. Charge for engraving on flat plate is $.15 per letter and $2.00 for a logo. Maximum charge for engraved plate is $7.50 excluding logo. For making a template, there is a one-time minimum charge of $50. Charge for engraving on bowls, cups, trays and round plates is $.40 per letter. There will be a charge of $6.00 per piece for engraving a logo.

GLASS ETCHING: Items starting with etched... include etching on the product. Rush orders of 5 days or less will incur a 20% rush charge. Occasionally the crystal products in our catalog contain bubbles or slight bumps. This is inherent in the processes and is not considered a defect and reason for replacement.

CERAMIC ETCHING: On all ceramic pieces there is a one time $35 logo set-up charge.

PAPERPROOFS: Proofs can be either emailed or faxed and must be approved in writing. Delays in approvals could result in delay in shipment of order and a rush charge.

LOGOS: If you wish to send us your logos, please email them to sales@jbaawards.com. Clean black and white camera-ready artwork should accompany your initial order. Unacceptable art may be subject to additional art charge. Artwork may be e-mailed in PC format as JPEG, TIF, EPS or AI. There is a one-time $35 logo set-up fee for new logos.

LASER ENGRAVED WOOD PRODUCTS: Laser engraving is available on many of our wood bases and on our wood products. Consult the factory for pricing on laser engraved products.

EMBROIDERY & DEBOSSING: On all embroidery orders, there is a one-time tape charge of $120 for up to 6,000 stitches unless a disc is provided by the customer in dst format and in the appropriate size. On orders over 6,000 stitches, add $20 per 1,000 stitches to the tape charge.

ORDERING: When mailing, faxing or e-mailing order, please be sure to specify color or size when required. If engraving or etching is required, please write copy clearly.

NOTE: Heights of items shown in catalog and price sheet include both the item and the base as shown.
